Some days it feels like your brain is full before you’ve even opened your laptop.
You’re already holding so much - thoughts half-finished, tabs half-open, messages half-written. The hum of responsibility never really switches off. Even when you try to rest, there’s a quiet pressure in the background. You know there’s something you’ve forgotten… you just can’t remember what.
It’s not that you’re not capable. It’s that you’re stretched.
Emotionally, mentally, energetically.
And still, somehow, you keep going.
You show up. You reply. You hold space. You plan the next thing.
Until suddenly, you can’t.
Not in a dramatic way.
Just a quiet withdrawal. A slow unravelling. A sense that everything’s too loud, too fast, too much.
You might feel heavy and floaty at the same time. Disconnected. Foggy. Like your body’s in one place but your mind’s somewhere else entirely.
It’s not because you’re doing something wrong.
