This is where MindClarity Sessions come in.

These sessions go deeper than traditional mindset work and work differently from conventional hypnotherapy.


Using conversational hypnotherapy, coaching, intuition (and sometimes a good dollop of logic), we unravel the layers and knots around an issue - shifting the fears, blocks, and patterns that have been keeping you stuck.


We take as many sessions as needed to fully resolve the issue - but typically, clients see results within 1-3 sessions.

What Happens in a Session?

We talk. But not like normal talking.


This isn’t traditional hypnotherapy, where you close your eyes, drift off, and hope something shifts. Conversational hypnotherapy works while you’re fully awake, alert, and engaged.


As we talk, your subconscious mind is guided to untangle the hidden patterns, fears, and stories keeping you stuck, while your conscious mind stays engaged in thinking - without trying to force your way through it. (Yes, I’m looking at you, overthinkers and 'I’ll just push through it' types!)

  • You’re fully present, aware, and in control the entire time. This isn’t about me “fixing” you - it’s about you finally seeing what’s been keeping you stuck so you can move forward.
  • You can’t do this wrong. You don’t need to “know how to do this” or be good at self-reflection. Your mind already has the answers - we’re just untangling what’s been in the way.

MindClarity Sessions aren’t about venting or getting advice - they’re about changing the way you experience the problem altogether.


Through deep, intuitive conversation, we uncover:

  • The hidden loops keeping you stuck - the thoughts, emotions, and beliefs running in the background.
  • The real reason you haven’t been able to shift this on your own - because awareness alone isn’t always enough.
  • A new way of seeing things that makes moving forward feel natural - so taking action stops feeling like a fight.

And yes, sometimes we even have a laugh about it - because therapy doesn’t have to be painful.
