These sessions go deeper than mindset - and work differently to traditional hypnotherapy.

We work while you’re fully awake and engaged, using conversational hypnotherapy, intuitive coaching, and logic (when needed) to unravel the knots holding you back.

It’s not about fixing.

It’s about freeing the part of you that already knows what to do - and helping it come forward.

What Can We Work On?

This work is for when you feel stuck in patterns like:

  • Overthinking & mental overwhelm - when every decision feels huge, every risk feels too big, and your brain won’t give you a break.

  • Procrastination, avoidance & self-sabotage - because you know what to do, but still end up cleaning the kitchen or reorganising your desk instead

What Happens in a Session?

We talk. But not in a ‘solve it by chatting’ kind of way.

This isn’t traditional hypnotherapy where you lie down, close your eyes, and hope something shifts.

This is conversational hypnotherapy - and you’ll be fully awake, alert, and engaged the whole way through.

Together, we:

  • Follow the thread of what’s stuck - without needing to force it

  • Guide your subconscious to surface what’s been looping beneath the surface

  • Get to the real reason you haven’t been able to shift this on your own - because awareness alone isn’t always enough

  • Unravel the source of the pattern - not just ease the symptoms

You don’t need perfect words.

Sometimes it’s a knot in your chest.

Sometimes it’s just that quiet sense that something’s off, even if you can’t explain why.

We’ll start there.

Whether the signal’s coming from your thoughts, your emotions, or your body - we’ll follow what shows up.

What to Expect From the Process

Some issues shift in a single session. Others take layers. These sessions are designed to get you results in a few sessions - not extended contracts where we’re still waffling on years from now.

It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been stuck or how deep the pattern feels - your mind is designed to shift when given the right conditions. We’re just creating the space for that to happen.

We take as many sessions as needed to fully resolve the issue - but typically, clients see results within 1-3 sessions.

The goal isn’t to fit in as many sessions as possible; it’s to get unstuck and moving forward rapidly, so you can get on and do what you love!

Investment & Structure

£1500 per issue

(Issue = a single theme, block, or pattern you want to shift)

This is not sold per session. It’s sold per outcome.

Some issues resolve in 1 session. Others take 2–3.

However long it takes, we stay with the issue until it’s resolved.

You’ll have up to 6 months to complete your sessions.

This gives us space for things to land - without letting it drag on endlessly.

Why per issue?

Because once the core pattern shifts, the things around it often start resolving themselves.
