We only accept customers aged 18 or older for live workshops, coaching, and services. Customers must be at least 16 years old to purchase digital products. If a customer is found to be underage, their purchase will be cancelled, and a refund issued.

Article 4: Prices

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change, but the price at the time of order placement will be honoured.

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept payments via credit or debit cards through secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store payment information. Any disputes regarding payments should be directed to the payment processor.

Article 6: Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically via email or through your user account on the platform immediately after payment is confirmed. Please ensure your email address is accurate to avoid delays.

Article 7: Refund Policy

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available once the product has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience issues, please contact us at juliette@juliettesteer.com.
Live Workshops: Refunds are available up to 7 days before the workshop date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop or after the workshop has taken place. If the workshop is recorded, participants who cannot attend live will be provided access to the replay.

If a digital product is faulty or does not meet its description, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under UK Consumer Rights. Please contact juliette@juliettesteer.com to address any concerns.

No refunds or transfers will be issued for non-attendance of a live workshop. However, access to workshop replays will be provided if the session was recorded.

For live workshops, you agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants and not to share sensitive information discussed.
